No-Bake Apple Pie 🍎🍏

An old-fashioned family favorite, yet healthy and easy to make! Here is everything you need to know about making the perfect no-bake pie. This is the only apple pie recipe I use. There are some extra toppings such as chocolate ganache or coconut flakes; you can use different types of fruit if desired, but this is the basic recipe that everyone will love!


(Ready in about 10 minutes / Serves 8)


Ingredients


Crust:

1 cup raw walnuts, ground

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

2 cups fresh dates, pitted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

a pinch of grated nutmeg

Fillings:

3 red apples, peeled, cored, and grated

1 cup agave syrup

1 tablespoon coconut oil, room temperature



Directions


Blend all ingredients for the crust. Press the crust into a lightly greased pie pan and transfer it to the freezer for about 1 hour.

Then, thoroughly combine all ingredients for the filling. Spoon the filling into the crust, and transfer apple pie to your refrigerator until ready to serve.

Devour!
