Peach and Banana N'ice Cream 🍧
(SUGAR-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE, CRUELTY-FREE)
Homemade Ice cream is the classic summer treat, isn’t it? When I discovered a vegan nice cream, it was a complete game changer! I always use surplus fruit to make smoothies and popsicles. I love peaches so much, so I've been thinking it would be good to blitz them with frozen bananas for a quick and easy summer dessert. That's how this recipe was born! This is the recipe I’ve been making for over 3 years and my family has never had enough of it. It requires less than 5 minutes of actual prep time. You get two really big serving portions, about 270 calories each! Just make sure to freeze your bananas for a couple of hours or overnight.
